The street rooms should be definitely avoided. When arrived book and demand the room with pool view or at least mountain view. The existence of the street rooms weren't mentioned in Expedia hotel advert."

"Nice and clean room. Property is very well-maintained with beautiful gardens and outdoor pool. We had dinner and breakfast, both were wonderful! Would recommend staying here"

"The place over all was magnificent the staff were absolutely amazing. It was clean well maintained had a water park and midway rides but there was a horrible sewer smell coming from the bathroom that permiated everything. We had to sleep with the bathroom door closed with the fan on and all the windows open and bedroom door closed"

"This property is a true scam in every sense. This is NOT A RESORT! These are privately owned apartments.There is no reception but rather a guy sitting in his van next to a mobile grocery store servicing the few units. The apartment was not cleaned once the previous guests left. The bathroom was extremely filthy with rags used to clean the floor pushed to a corner of the bathroom. We slept on a couch because the beds were very dirty and the pillows had puke on them. The apartment had a gas leak...

Les 2 piscines de la résidence sont dissociés en 2 "zones" (Jawhara smir 1 et 2" mais ne disposent pas du même niveau de service (parasols et transat non disponible à Jawhara 2 où nous étions malheureusement). "Rental was very clean and felt safe. There are a lot of stairs and no towels/soaps, so prepare for that. Renter was helpful and available for questions."
